We know that sometimes, things don’t go as planned - and we’re here to make it right, without the runaround.

🕓 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

🧴 Eligibility

To protect your skin’s safety and product integrity:

  • Unopened and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund or store credit.

  • Opened or gently used products may qualify for a one-time exchange or store credit, if you’ve had a skin reaction. Our team will ask you a few questions to better understand the issue, and help us improve our service. 

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded — our cost, not yours.

💬 How to Start a Return

Email hello@almakimia.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return (helps us improve)

  • Photo of the product if it was opened, damaged, or defective

Our team will guide you through next steps and share your prepaid or standard shipping label, depending on eligibility.

💳 Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, within 5–10 business days after your return is received and accepted. 

  • Store credits never expire and can be applied toward any future purchase.

🌍 Return Shipping

  • Our mistake? We’ll cover return shipping.

  • Changed your mind? You may use your own trackable shipping method or request a return label (shipping cost deducted from your refund).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We can’t process returns on bundles once any product has been opened.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • For allergic reactions, please include your batch code and a short description of the reaction — our team may recommend a safer match from our range.
